I have never seen any of that type of dancing in person and I'd certainly never attempt it! I think the routine may have been too hard for these contestants though. If your routines don't "show-off" the strengths of the dancers on the show, they probably won't have you back to choreograph again. I can see how Mark's antics would put you off as well. Plus looks like America hated that 2-Step too! I will totally take your word about the 2-Step being difficult. Personally, I thought Mark came of as the jerk. "I think of country like this! [insert hokie stereotypical dance" That would be like someone writhing on the floor and saying "This is contemporary, right?" And I'm tired of "IV Real" already. Especially with the nonsensical "only the black kids get to play" feel of it. Maybe the other chose not to join in, I don't know, but it feels very exclusive with an obvious dividing line.
