I just finished up watching the next-to-last episode of the New Doctor Who, Season 4. It was ridiculously over the top, too big, too many people (I mean jeez, they even had to speed up the credits to fit all those names in!)

It was basically too MUCH in general, but God was it fun! I can’t wait to watch it again with my equally Who-struck roomate.

If you saw it, you probably know I’m also dying waiting for the season finale next week.

In the meantime, I thought I’d share some wonderful Dr. Who Gadgets that struck my fancy.

First up is the replica sonic screwdriver with both regular and UV ink pens to write with, and a UV light to expose your secret writings. Apparently this toy is made from the same mold as the one Tennant carries around on the BBC.

For Christmas, I can’t think of anything I’d want more that this fabulous little TARDIS USB Hub! Whenever you plug an accessory into any of its four USB 2.0 ports, the blue light flashes and the sound of the TARDIS engine plays. Smashing!

It’s a bit more pricey at $30, but I can’t wait to get one. $30 is a pretty big ripoff for a USB hub, but this sucker looks to be pretty high quality. Plus I can’t imagine looking like a bigger nerd than slapping this baby right in the middle of my desk at work. Awesome!
